MOL Group launches its global award-winning graduate recruitment and development program again this year. The company hires more than 250 top talents via Growww at 25 MOL Group companies in 11 countries.

This is the eighth consecutive year that MOL Group offers graduates a unique opportunity through Growww, a global graduate recruitment and development program, to start their career at an international company, gain work experience under professional guidance and prove themselves in a cross-cultural working environment. The company offers more than 250 Growww group-level positions from engineering, business, IT and natural sciences to social sciences. This year, positions for Growwwers are open at 25 MOL Group member companies in 11 countries including Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Iraq, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Growww program offers 8 available positions in MOL Romania, in Logistics, Retail Sales & Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, Sales &Supply departments, located in Bucharest or Cluj. Detailed job descriptions will be posted on  www.molromania.ro on the 17th of March 2014. Microsof sau dorinta de a obtine o astfel de certificare:
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Installation and Configuration
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Development
- Microsoft SQL 2012 Certifications
Pe langa acestea sunt necesare:
- cunostinte temeinice de Algoritmica si Programare
- Avantaj experienta in proiecte de implementare si suport a solutiei Microsoft Dynamics NAV;
- seriozitate, rabdare si perseverenta;
- diplomatie si limbaj economic;
- comunicare eficienta cu ceilalti membrii ai echipei si cu clientii;
- limba engleza (scris si conversational) la nivel bun;
- Cunoasterea unuia din limbajele de Programare: .NET, C#, CAL, SQL Script, Baze de Date Relationale,

- Intelegerea modelelor si proceselor de afacere ale clientilor si cerintele acestora;
- Intocmirea si sustinerea materialelor (analize, solutii, dezvoltare in Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Ofera solutii tehnice pentru rezolvarea problemelor aparute (analizeaza informatiile privind incidentele
semnalate, solicita informatii suplimentare atunci cand este cazul, rezolva incidentele, dezvolta
functionalitati
noi, participa la proiecte de implementare);
- Testeaza solutiile Dezvoltare si ofera Feedback colegilor

Aceasta pozitie presupune:
- Participarea la proiecte in cadrul echipei de suport Microsoft Dynamics Nav, partea de analiza, parametrizare si
customizare a aplicatiei;
- Intelegerea modelelor si proceselor de afacere ale clientilor si cerintele acestora;
- Intocmirea si sustinerea materialelor (analize, propuneri, plan de lucru, functionalitati, manuale de utilizare) in fata
clientilor;
- Ofera solutii tehnice pentru rezolvarea problemelor aparute (analizeaza informatiile privind incidentele semnalate,

Role Outline
The Product Analyst provides the second level of support for internal and external users for
the Darwin Application. He will assume ownership of support cases and will follow through
until the case has been closed or reassigned to another individual or department. If a
question cannot be immediately answered, the candidate will be expected to use available
material resources and/or consult with product experts to advance the resolution of the
issue in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Analysing incidents received via the service desk platform in respect of the Darwin
application
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal and external customers assist in
troubleshooting problems which have surpassed the abilities of other support staff
members.
• Logging, classifying and prioritising incidents and service requests via the service
desk software.
• Diagnoses underlying cause of customer complaints or performance issues
• Identify, evaluate and resolve client issues utilising available resources or
independent research.
• Identify and implement additional solutions based on clients’ changing needs
• Resolution of incidents and service requests within the agreed Operational Level
Agreements
• Diagnosing software bugs and logging these with the Software Engineering Team
• SQL analysis of the database using SQL queries
• Report unresolved issues (defects) in a clear, concise manner to Software
Engineering Team for resolution
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates, continually improve
understanding of business needs from all stakeholder perspectives, including
customers, 3rd party suppliers, and host systems.
• Test reported defects that have been corrected by Software Engineering Team.
• Provide assistance to other teams within the company for tasks that require manual
intervention
• Work closely and effectively with QA Team, Software Engineering Team and Client
Delivery Teams.
• Communicate and progress issues and resolutions with team members in order to
inform, educate and improve current processes and service levels.
• Understanding of the product vision from the customer perspective and work with
technical resources to evaluate various approaches to implement solutions
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining
customers and clients’ business;
Requirements:
• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Problem solving skills and high attention to detail
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
• Remain highly adaptable – Due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting
customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines and
priorities.
• A technical aptitude – to quickly learn and understand new technologies
• Strong initiative
